Accommodation

We offer a great choice of accommodation within a short distance of our two campuses and the city centre.

Choose from three University-managed residences, all in an excellent location to cater to your needs.

We're the 7th cheapest UK city for student accommodation (Student Crowd, Cheapest UK cities for student accommodation league table, 2024), with prices starting at £85 a week.

Our three university-managed residences include Panns Bank and Scotia Quay, both with riverside views, and The Precinct which is within walking distance of City Campus.

Located less than a mile away from our two campuses and the city centre, all three residences offer free transport so you'll be in easy reach when you need to get to class!

All our accommodation is self-catered with fully equipped kitchens and onsite laundry facilities, and we offer options for you to choose to live with friends, in a single-gender flat, or a single-culture flat. We also have family and couples' accommodation available if you’re coming to the University with your partner and/or children.
