Facilities Service Vision
Facilities is "proud to provide" a wide range of complex services that directly support staff in the delivery of the University's academic and research programmes, and that help to enrich our students' experiences and ultimately, enhancing the institution's reputation nationally and locally and a "civic" University.
The purpose is strongly articulated in the Service's vision statement:
"To create transformational and sustainable campus environments which directly support the changing needs of the University learning community. Delivery is through Facilities staff who share a strong sense of pride in their University and a passion for achieving high performance and excellent customer service".
