Welcome to Estate Services, part of the Facilities group of services. Our role is to plan, develop and maintain the University Campus environments for students, staff and visitors.
The University has made major investment in its buildings and facilities over the past 10 years. Our continued focus is to create high quality campus environments, ones which support student recruitment and retention whilst promoting learning, research and training through local, national and international partnerships.
We have an excellent track record in developing and maintaining award winning buildings and facilities. The £50m development of the Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peters provides state of the art facilities for Education, Media, Business and Computing on a riverside location.
Major refurbishments continue to take place at The City Campus to improve and modernise teaching and learning facilities. The award winning Gateway building opened last year providing sector leading student support facilities, complimented by major investment in learning and social facilities at the Murray Library.
