pFACT Training sessions are currently available for all members of staff who are involved in the completion of funding applications. Sessions run for approximately 2 hours. Please speak to your faculty administrator for further details.
If you require a pFACT training session please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject header 'Training Request' and we will organise either a group or a one-to-one session.

IF A MEMBER OF STAFF IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE ABOVE TEAM AND YOUR PROPOSAL IS URGENT PLEASE CONTACT PROJECTS FINANCE AND WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO ASSIST.
If you are EXISTING MEMBER OF STAFF who had access to FECAF you will automatically be granted access to the pFACT system providing you have attended a group/individual training session.
If you are a NEW MEMBER OF STAFF please complete the above document, ensuring that it is signed by your Head of Department / Associate Dean Resources / Assistant Director and either bring this along to you training session or follow the instructions on the form.
PROJECTS FINANCE HELPDESK
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW
Once your bid has been successful and funding has been agreed, please ensure that you forward the following documentation to email@example.com, and amend the status on pFACT to `project funding confirmed' or 'unsuccessful' so a finance code can be created for your project:-
A copy of the paper based proposal (Where Applicable)
Signed Contract, including one or more appendices if applicable (NB: ONLY THE UNIVERSITY EXECUTIVE CAN SIGN CONTRACTS) please ensure that all paperwork has been authorised before forwarding to Projects Finance
Collaboration Agreement (Where Applicable)
Memorandum of Understanding (Where Applicable)
Service Level Agreements (Where Applicable)
Purchase Order Numbers for Invoicing (Where applicable)
Any Other Relevant Correspondence
Please Note: If the relevant documentation is not provided to Projects Finance it may delay the creation of a project code on the finance system.
