Student Records is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of students' records from registration to completion of their courses. The department registers students, invoices for tuition fees, pays students loans and bursaries.
The department is accountable for informing the Student Loan Company of students' attendance and any changes to the students' record. As well as working closely with outside bodies the department works closely with the University Faculties to ensure that any queries students have are resolved quickly and efficiently.
