Employee Self Service

All Sunderland-based staff will move to online paperless payslips and employee self-service in October 2017.  London-based staff will go live slightly earlier, at the end of September.  ESS is a new online space for you to:

  • view and change your personal details;
  • print your payslips/P60 and see your pay history;
  • more functionality to follow (see below).

Then from November:

  • View and request holidays
  • Submit timesheet and overtime claims

 

Manager Self Service

In addition to viewing their own details through Employee Self-service, managers and team leaders will get a new management tool in November allowing them to:

  • View team information, absence and availability
  • Record sickness absence
  • Paperless approvals of
    • holidays/leave
    • timesheets and overtime claims
