Welcome to the University of Sunderland HR Strategic Development Website.
The team has recently restructured in response to increasing internal and external pressures and has refocused towards 'Strategic Development'. The move to 'Strategic Development' is felt appropriate to respond to the internal and external challenges facing the University and to help support the People focused work-stream to deliver a 'Fit for Purpose Workforce'.
