Introduction
The programmes and events outlined in these pages are designed to meet the needs of all groups of staff within the University, although they are only part of the services offered by Organisation & Staff Development and our other providers. For specific development or for a face to face discussion regarding your needs, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We can help with:
- Tailored Programmes for your Faculty or Service,
- Identifying solutions to needs not addressed in these pages, and
- Advice on any aspect of Individual, Team or Faculty/Service development.
The courses and events offer a wide variety of development opportunities which can either help to improve professional skills or aid personal development. They are open to all members of staff with support from their team leader, supervisor or manager.
Many of the programmes will be delivered on University premises, but they can be offered at other sites or venues if required.
