Our Aim and Commitment
The Human Resources' aim is to develop and improve the University's Recruitment and Selection framework in order to attract high quality staff, increasing the number of suitably qualified applicants, enhancing our selection procedures and improving the quality of the appointment process.
Within the framework the aim is to assist managers in ensuring that the University attracts, selects and retains the most suitable candidates by using appropriate, efficient, fair, open and effective methods. In short, we are seeking to create a positive candidate experience.
