The Market Insights Service conducts strategic market in support of the University's activities.

Specific areas we support are:

  • Student experience
  • Student recruitment
  • Programme development
  • Stakeholder perceptions

An important part of our work is to coordinate student experience research activity, which we do through Student Voice. This enables us to avoid over-surveying students, and it also allows us to 'close the feedback loop' so that students can see how we are listening to their views and can see what actions we take.
