Students who graduated between 1993-2003

Your formal qualification documents will not have been automatically uploaded to the new Student Verification Portal.

This is because many of the records held during that period will need building manually in our student record system from hard copy paper records. This will take manual intervention by the relevant Programme Administration Teams and will be done on request. Please note: The process could take between 4-6 weeks and there is a possibility, in some cases for older archived records, that the information cannot be retrieved.

Therefore, if you do require access to either digital or hard copy versions of your award documentation (Certificate, Transcript and/or Verification of Award letters) you should, in the first instance email registrydigitaldocs@sunderland.ac.uk.

We will keep you updated on the progress of your request and if it is possible to build and transfer your records to the Student Verification Portal you will be contacted with further instructions on how to access and order your award documents. through the portal.
