Supporting you to develop the knowledge and skills you need to do your job is important to us.

Our ethos is "right people, excellent skills, right culture". 

We want you to perform your role well, whilst continuously developing your skills and knowledge. We also want learning and development to be an everyday activity. We encourage you to make best use of opportunities to learn and develop and be open to new ways of working. Regular discussion with your manager or team leader about your work will help you focus on your personal development so that this can be planned with you.

 

We are committed to supporting your personal development as you return to campus and transition to working in a blended way with some time on campus and some at home. LinkedIn Learning is your ‘go to’ learning resource and we encourage you to use LinkedIn Learning as your first port of call for any personal development needs.

In addition, we are offering a suite of development opportunities for your transition back to campus working. Alongside LinkedIn learning we are offering a range of activities aimed at building and enhancing your digital, personal or leadership skills or considering your own personal wellbeing.
