This procedure defines the methodology by which Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) incidents shall be reported, investigated and followed up. The document applies to all reported HS&E incidents that occur or originate within the scope of activities undertaken by the University of Sunderland, involving staff and students, and others undertaking University business, both on and outside of University premises in the UK.
