The Performance and Development Review process supports the ongoing review of an individual senior post-holder’s performance against the achievement of agreed objectives and enables consideration of key leadership competencies in performing the role.
This process covers the following senior roles within the University that fall outside the current pay and grading structure of grades A to G:
- Dean of Faculty
- Director of Service
- Associate Dean of Faculty
- Assistant Director of Service
- Head of Academic Department
- Head of Service Function
