Supporting Change

The 2015 Staff Survey saw 74% of staff stating they needed support to help prepare for and cope with change. As a result The Changing Organisation programme was created offering a flexible range of development activities aimed at navigating, supporting and addressing issues you may face in adapting to a changing environment. Key themes of the programme are: 

  • Building personal resilience
  • Team development
  • Understanding own response and approach to change
  • Supporting restructures
  • Leading teams through change

Development options run as open programmes on a yearly basis or as a more bespoke variety designed around team or individual development needs.
