Policy Documents

The External Examiner Policy remains in force, but a schedule to the Policy also exists which authorises variations on behalf of Academic Development and Quality Sub-Committee (ADQSC) to the role and duties of External Examiners in those circumstances in which it applies. The schedule below states those areas of the existing Policy which are varied to account for the new role(s) subject to introduction in and beyond the 2024/25 academic year: University Chief External Examiner, the External Examiners for University Programme Assessment Boards and Subject Enhancement External Examiners.
