e:Vision is the University’s web portal and provides you with a point of access into the University’s student record system and the information we hold about you.

This information spans the whole of your student journey with the University; including personal details, your course of study, payments, modules you’re taking, the marks and grades from any exams or assessments you submit, and at the end of your study any award the University issues to you.

As well as the University’s central store for your data, e:Vision enables you to complete various University processes online including enrolling, paying, registering, viewing your Transcript of results, checking/updating your details, and producing letters and documents relevant to you time with the University.

PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION

You are required to pay and register for your next module through e:Vision prior to the registration deadline, which will be communicated to you by your Student Success Coordinator. Payments for modules can only be made online by debit or credit card through e:Vision.

Once you have made payment, you also need to register on a module through e:Vision. Please consult your course specification and select the module in the study period that you wish to study on. If you are unsure which module to take or the module you need to take does not appear in e:Vision, please contact your Student Success Coordinator.

Please note – If you do not pay AND register for a module in a study period by the registration deadline, you will be automatically be placed on a Study Break.

RE-ENROLMENT

You are required to re-enrol with the University for each year of study. For students on the BSc (Hons) Nursing Studies (Top Up) programme, this includes when you are progressed from Level 2 to Level 3.

You should re-enrol using the orange button at the bottom of your e:Vision carousel. You will need to do this prior to registering on any further modules. If you do not re-enrol or respond to contact arising from this, this could lead to you being withdrawn from your Programme of Study.
