Gateway Enquiries is the knowledge bank of the University and the hub for all student enquiries. Gateway Enquiries is best placed to advise and support you through your university journey whatever your issue.

Whether the issue is big or small, quick or complex; The Gateway Enquiries Team are here to help. The Gateway Enquiry Team work closely with a variety of different teams to get you the support and guidance you need. If the team can’t help you there and then, you will be provided with all the information you need to resolve your enquiry.

You can expect a warm welcome when visiting either of the Gateway Enquiries desks located at both City and Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peters.

Understanding that  your priority is to achieve the best possible experience from your  studies is at the heart of everything The Gateway Enquiry Team do; from developing over 250 Frequently Asked Questions that can be accessed anytime, answering any enquiry you have about university life, to publishing cohort-relevant news articles  to keep you working towards academic success as well as informed of what’s happening in and around campus.

City Campus

Our Enquiry Desk at the City Campus is located on Ground Floor, Gateway Building.

Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter’s

Our Enquiry Desk at the Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter’s is located on Main Entrance, Prospect Building.

Wednesday | 10.00am – 5.00pm

Compass

Compass is the University’s portal for all your enquiries. You will be able to access handy FAQs, book appointments, along with submit enquiries – and you will be updated every step of the way

You’ll receive email notifications on your enquiry everytime there’s an update, whether this is notes, a resolution or even if your enquiry has been transferred to another team. This email notification will go to your student email account.
