Whether the issue is big or small, quick or complex; The Gateway Enquiries Team are here to help. The team work closely with a variety of different departments to get you the support and guidance you need.
You can expect a warm welcome when visiting either of the Gateway Enquiries desks located at both City and Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peters.
Understanding that your priority is to achieve the best possible experience from your studies is at the heart of everything The Gateway Enquiry Team do; from developing over 250 Frequently Asked Questions that can be accessed anytime, answering any enquiry you have about university life, and keeping informed on what’s happening in and around campus.

Compass
Compass is the University’s portal for all your enquiries. You will be able to access handy FAQs, book appointments, along with submitting enquiries – and you will be updated every step of the way
You’ll receive email notifications on your enquiry everytime there’s an update, whether this is notes, a resolution or even if your enquiry has been transferred to another team. This email notification will go to your student email account.
