The Student Enquiries Team is your first point of contact for any student related enquiries.
Whether the issue is big or small, quick or complex; The Student Enquiries Team are here to help. The team work closely with a variety of different departments to get you the support and guidance you need.
You can expect a warm welcome when visiting either of the Student Enquiries desks located at both City and Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peters.

Our Enquiry Desk at the City Campus is located on Ground Floor, Gateway Building.

Compass is the University’s portal for all your enquiries. You will be able to access handy FAQs, book appointments, along with submitting enquiries – and you will be updated every step of the way
You’ll receive email notifications on your enquiry everytime there’s an update, whether this is notes, a resolution or even if your enquiry has been transferred to another team. This email notification will go to your student email account.
